I called wblq 3 times last yr and requested air time at $50- hrly  from Chris DiPaola but he would discuss Mr Mauti and every time I related   I had no problem with Mauti.He was angry with Mauti whereas Chris put up an antenna in Ashaway at Charlies mobile and Mauti cited him for it being illegally installed. Hopkinton  prevailed in court against Chris .Strange though antenna is still up ? So all those legal fees were for nothing the town people pay all the time many cases same won but then theres no enforcement ? Mauti complained of this aspect to town but it fell on deaf airs. When a tenant has code violations in a rental they hope they'll find a responsive bldg inspt. and he was . There was a long history on house,many complaint even Manfredi's own daughter Melissa Turrisi  tenant before us .So Chris never came over to sign me up.Remember Chris's mother Nadine DiPaola is on the tax review board,would someone please look up assessment on that property she owns and comparable .
    So Monday Feb. 11.2008 I called wblq radio and spoke with Lorren Kleinkauf , studio's webmaster and has a show Rotten Radio, well I asked him to have Chris to back to me to sign me up for one  , show at $50-, 1 hr only. The following was not released by me on  the radio show I did on wblq, well Lorren Kleinkauf  he started talking about a young female dispatcher , at Hopkinton Police dept,having an affair with a married young officer and engaging in sex in police cruiser at the cemetery at cemetary lane , Ashway during his detail. cop promised to leave his wife for her and then  she found he was seeing two other girls . Lorren  said  her girlfriends told his friend. She is no  longer at station.Well I was shocked !Immoral conduct on top of everything else at dept , where was Scuncio when all this was going on and how could this happen to his friends daughter right under his nose!
   Well Chris called me was excited asked if I could meet him at Hortons with $200 and he needed it by 1pm. I related I only wanted an hr thats it . He said no I would have to  sign up    wkly. So I agreed . He went on on Westerly Chamber Of Commerce had canceled his member and had said he was mentally unstable ,he had posted himself on two dating sites,broken up with his long term girlfriend,been accused of telling people not to go to Hoxie motors,which he denied so he said they cancelled him for those reasons . But in press it was said he had Mr Fuller another member share a stand with him at a chamber event and didn't disclosed it. So he had to pay for him and an $800 fine and they then canceled him. But he said they let Fuller stay and Didn't oust Dom DaFazio. I related  a decision in case would have to come forward before they could act on him. He spoke to Barbara Stillman,, Joe Iocoi ,Jenny Cunningham as to why they voted to rescind his membership he said they related  others did so they went along with them? He had to move out of Westerly Community Credit union ,office rental where he had his nice studio  and find something more affordable,now he's in a very tiny office on High st ,Westerly overhead a restaurant.
  I met Chris handed over two hundred cash,he gave me a contract. Then he leaned into passenger window seething and said I could say anything about Chief Scuncio I have the right to express my own opinion!! Later I looked Chris up on the RI Judiciary criminal homepage to see if Scuncio had arrested him ,nothing came up on Chris but there were many DiPaola's I didn't review them, later.But it was very clear from the fury in his voice he was very angry with Scuncio?!  Wonder what happened? He later related he had also canceled Dan Davidson's radio show whereas dan talked about bush and 911 and he got negative calls about it.
       Tuesday 2:45 I went to my appt with Chris at studio ,he was tied up 1 1/2 hrs later we sat down and made an promo tape. His shirt tail in front was hanging out ,the back sleeve to his jacket seam was ripped open. We went over format of show ,I would cover material helpful to public as always , we agreed I would discuss any public officials,anyone in press stories,police ,court ,investigative records and alike plus mauti lawsuit against Westerly as Chris himself had aired article on story from press, which is exactly what I did. Twenty mins into show he went for a break and said he was getting calls I said Chris I am covering all we agreed on and I again went over above and he confirmed and I went back on. I spoke od Dan Davidson,cyberstalking me on youtube and how he and scuncio allied up to cancel my tv show whereas on last two shows I mentioned their wrongdoings very briefly. Alo Davidson had received a verbal complaint fro scuncio's dept not to harass me as witnessed by some charter members. Then Scuncio gives Davidson a reference to obtain a private detectives license,why didn't Chief Driscoll,Richmond where Davidson Lives give him one where he requested license from his  towns council . Because he's only a cameraman no investigative history
   . Ahh but Scuncio returned favor to Dan for having my show Cancelled. I then called Scuncio and left him a message goodbye John now I had proof he was working with my enemy. Right after  that officer Brian Dufault pulled me over and I asked who sent him after me he said Sgt Georgetti [who I previously aired on tv],then I asked who sent him after me he said Chief he further admitted they knew I was on the way home from court as a witness in the housing case against manfredi by town.and was ordered to wait for my return home and get me He asked for my license I handed it to him he returned said it came back valid,then handed me a ticket for driving without a license,I said he couldn't do that he could only write a ticket and that it was a traffic tribunal case not transferring license in 30 days when moving,,He arrested me  at first refused to allow me to have my walker until I related if I fell down dept would be responsible , I was processed and released . I left a message for scuncio on his answering machine stating his guys would never arrested me without his ordering it. Next day he called back and starting talking like we were friends I said oh no those days are gone ,he said his guys made a mistake and he would have it dismissed ,I said to bring my license home they stole. He had officer patton drive him to my house he came in and gave me back my license ,he reeked of alcohol and I related he couldn't even drive it over whereas he would been ticketed for a dui.Case was dismissed.
  Then I discussed Westerly lawsuit against police ,there where depositions of four westerly officers taken and they pointed at Scuncio and said they believed that he called their Captain Matarese as a favor to arrest mauti  an act of  revenge ,on same not transferring license upon relocating and she did,they further stated in all their yrs they had never arrested anyone for that infraction for it was not an arrestable offense only civil.Resulting in a $100,000 successful in favor of Mauti .       I mentioned comp time for police stopped ,24/7 cars stopped and gas cards they have to use to fill cars at dpw had to stop and check on cell phones too.Not to mention the special pension plan police got at 35% compounded cola giving them a honeymoon pkg upon retiring this yr possibly cost taxpayers  for another 40-45 yrs.Hopkinton residents paying for all that gas 10 yrs cars ins their hurting money is tight taxes high no one gives them freebies.

sun newspaper is a pimp and cocaine co another containing the mug shot of the murderer of my son and saying get ready to die repeatedly to me and more.Dan Davidson was arrested ,warraants revealed 2 ip address's went back to him anotherip add: came back to Benjamin Campbell Tickner ,Hopkinton Police reservist,tell me scuncio doesn't know and webmaster possibly installer of surveillance systems,he related he had a beef with me at one time an act of revenge.When this info came out all officers,dispatchers & reservist were taken down so no one could see his name as part of the dept. I requested info from Scuncio he refused I sent complaint to secty of state non-compliance open records law.Go to hopkinton  police web page and hit useful link and you will hear Agent Bower theme song tv show 24 come on and zoom in on station?/ Tickner's bct webmaster = agent bower??!!He was trained in charlesltown and installed their computers into cruisers.google tickner he says he has a co with moonlighting federal people working for him like a spy team ?
   I also mentioned a conversation I had with scuncio did he have three wives ,yes, what happened to #1 ,he said she left him for a drug dealer and went into the witness program ,I stated isn't it true that he had an adulterous affair with a local waitress in town for yrs ,wife#2 he said she couldn't handle kids,his divorce papers , wife states he's never home when he is they fight ,babysitter i asked now #3 your separated why don't you get a divorce he responded no it's cheaper this way and he still gets to see her off and on snickering. I asked isn't he held to a higher moral regard . He said he blamed his career on failure of marriages,I related well Chief Driscoll  in Richmond has one wife and same law enforcement background,I asked scuncio isn't  the chief of police and held to a higher moral regard ,no response.
      Richard Manfredi I mentioned he was arrested three times assault on Anderson, another on me now on perjury whereas he concealed to court and spouses atty in a deposition tat he had taken a $119,000. loan out on a prop given to wife and Judge D'Ambra was told this by manfredi's own atty in court and asked to withdraw whereas she would not lie for him. Judge allowed counsel to withdraw and then issued order against Richard Manfredi Sr for repeatedly being untruthful with court etc and filed a perjury charge against him with the ag's office,she has sense recused herself whereas she is a witness in case against him
    Home Invasion By Hopkinton police upon us ,scuncio knew about audio/video surveillance cam after manfredi assaulted me and told me to bring him tape if he vandalized anything but  tides turned I had disclaimers posted that came with cam ,I repeatedly told all coming in house is alive,their on cam ets ,also hand held camcorder followed everyone, I had aired sgt georietti on tv with camcorder video from when he was in my house, scuncio loved it whereas he had tried to fire him.Manfredi cut cam wire I made out report cop watched video said oh yes he could see it and demanded original only tape I said not until I made a copy I later delivered to station orig. .A few days later I called town mgr Wm Bill Dilebro and told him I had it and I was uploading the corruption videos I had on the hopkinton police and officials later we were riding up rte 3 when Heather said wow something big must be going down a marked unmarked,hummer,suv I said their coming after me and the saw two turn around and I said their coming after me she pulled her brand new camcorder $400- walmart out whewell said my taillight was out and then asked me out of car Heather said their going to arrest you again mom she began filming whewell spoke to Sgt dan baruti first he told him take the tape then the cam he did. we were taken to station she was detained in lobby I processed in back I heard front ask scuncio if they should leave vcrs he growled NO , that answered another question for me. AS I was being released Sgt Daniel Baruti asked me if I downloaded videos ahhh yes the corruption videos old DiLebro called scuncio and told him right away.The house was ransacked they went through front window crushing disclaimer,322 vhs tapes taken from Heather's show and mine several years worth ,family albums on tape, tv's ,vcrs,Heather's cameras ,her new computer Roy Dubs bought for her show, 30 disposable cameras,small camcorder tapes over 40 ,cell phone battery,rabbit ears,everything electronic. The warrant was signed by judge cenerini housing case I had protested him he put me in contempt out of revenge and into aci with walker so he was all too happy to sign it for them.Nothing returned. to date.Plus my front bridge was taken and in the videos on youtube you can see they made it with a missing front tooth because they stole it. Also ben tickner was in house with baruti during an inspection at house how do you like that. I believe tickner must of gone through all our things in evidence room yes the guy cyberstalking me.
    I have never seen police abuse and corruption of this magnitude and it has to be exposed . They have done so much to shut me up! I will continue they have violated my rights left and right.Also I ran into Roy Dubs at the stop an shop and he stated he has audio video all over his house inside out and needs no signs,he bought a taser for dept yrs ago.He was speaking about one party consent law I believe ri which states one of the people must know of recording so the person placing it yes is that person A Hopkinton store owner stopped me to say he has an audio video surveillance cam in his store and he called hopkinton pd and they said it's ok just don't listen to the people?Now heres the big ticket providence police found listen devices in walls of their public safety bldg placed by order of mayor as reported the other day in projo and cops went to fbi and they said there wasn't a thing they could do about it?? So what was I arrested for ??

       Well there it is ,it's all in documents and scuncios's remarks about his wife, a newspaper  reporter stated she would of brought it forward too if he said same to her. The truth is out Dipaola may very well of put me on to take me off at the beckoning of another whereas he is in the straights especially when he called projo to tell them he canceled me and others, tell tale signs . Another storm I'll weather like all others. You know people say when they go after me this hard it's because I am doing a good job. Newspapers today as usual slanted story one reported wblq gave a copy of the show to Dan Davidson who's been arrested for cyberstalking ,threatening me on youtube now he says oh yes  I slandered  the above. What he called me a prostitute,and all I related in his videos thats lies and slander and the sun wrote it why didn't they write a story about Angie's daughter and married cop at station!?   Ghandi said first they ignore you,then they laugh,then they get mad at
you.      
         Update AG Spokesman : Michael Healey stated charges against me were dropped whereas looking at the video from the A/V system one can hear the parties stating sh quiet she has cameras/recorders down here she can hear us we'll talk outside,repeatedly. Therefore yes they were fully aware of audio video surveillance system. Chief Scuncio told reporter why didn't AG tell him that in first place not taking a 1 1/2 yrs. Mike Healy shot back the Chief pressed the case hard. So there it is the truth is out.                                                                                  
          Dan Davidson was convicted 2008 cyberstalking  and convicted 2009 for child porn , orig to remanded to ACI then changed to 6 yrs probation ,numerous conditions and had to register as a sex offender . He has been placed on 1st level unfortunately in RI the registry only provides ID of level 2 & 3 needs to include 1st also. One video of the 3 he made show the mug shot of the man who murdered my son then Dan  told me get ready to die 3 times.
        Ben Tickner it has been stated is no longer allowed at State Police Computer Crimes unit and other crime labs as a result of his cyberstalking me. The videos are down now but they were very graphic and in one there's a male simulating beating me while another impersonates me ,crying and screaming, laying on the floor beaten with a bat. I'm 61 yrs ,physically disabled  and use a walker.
